How to Place An Order
All orders must be placed on our website only. Please do not call in to place orders. This ensures a proper invoice and billing for both our records.
To place your order, you will need to add all desired products to your 'Cart'. Once you have done this, you may select the 'Checkout' button. Please fill-in all required fields, select your shipping method, and enter your payment via credit card or PayPal.
Adding Products To An Existing Order
Unfortunately, we cannot add or change an order once it has been processed. Please verify your order carefully before submitting.
If you would like to purchase additional products, please place a new order for these items.
Cancelling An Order
To cancel an order after the order has been placed, please contact us immediately and quote your order number.
Although we will do our best to cancel your order, our ability to do so depends on when the order was placed and if it has been processed, therefore we cannot make any guarantees.
Out Of Stock Items
If an item is currently out of stock, it cannot be purchased, back-ordered or pre-ordered. We strive to keep products in stock at all times. However, should an item be out of stock, we will post pertinent information on the product page to keep you updated on its status.

Sale pricing is only available upon announcement; all orders placed prior to an announcement will not receive the discount. Coupon codes are not valid on sale products unless otherwise specified. Sales may end at anytime, without prior notification, dependent upon product availability. This may include, but is not limited to, Limited Edition Sets and other products on sale. No rain checks are available on any sales.

We ship five days a week (Monday - Friday) for domestic and international packages. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours after payment is received.
During the holidays, post office holidays, company close downs, and weekend sales there may be a delay in your order processing. Overnight, 2nd day, and Express orders placed after 2:00 PM PT in the US will be processed the following business day.
There may be additional order processing delays if there is a sale, new products launched, or the volume of orders is higher than usual.
Most items ship with our Standard Shipping. Typical USPS shipping times are 2 to 7 days for items shipped domestically. Please note that sales or promotional items may take longer to arrive, typically 2-4 weeks.
International shipments will take longer based on shipping company schedules and customs clearance requirements. Please refer to the "Customs" section below for more information.
Shipping costs vary dependent on the product bought and/or if there is a special shipping offer for that product. Shipping rates are calculated online based on your order and destination of each package.
Orders of $50.00 or more are eligible for free shipping upon checkout, of which Click Buy Limited will determine the shipping method.
Handling fees are included in the shipping cost.

We will provide you with the shipping information and tracking numbers via email once your order has been shipped.
If you would like to check on the status of your shipment, please submit a ticket requesting a shipment update. Ensure you include your order number with your ticket so we can review your shipment and get back to you.
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, along with handling fees which are levied once an order reaches your country. These fees are in addition to the postage paid at the time an order is placed. Click Buy Limited has no control over the imposition of such fees, which you are responsible for paying to receive your package. You may check with your local government or customs facility for further information. If you fail or refuse to pay these charges, your package may be returned to Click Buy Limited. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued for the merchandise purchase price. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.)
It is illegal to falsify customs declarations or label products as "gifts" to avoid customs fees. Therefore, International orders are properly declared as merchandise, with the correct description and value.
Depending upon the destination, international orders can have a delay in customs. This is not uncommon and packages may be delayed up to 8 weeks on top of the regular delivery time. We understand that delays can be annoying, however, your patience is appreciated.
