We process all orders as quickly as possible, and in most cases, the order will leave the same day it is placed. If there are any delays we will endeavor to post out the following day.
If we have problems in processing your order, we will contact you by the email address supplied to us when you placed the order on our site. If you have not received any emails upon placing your order, (an order confirmation email and welcome email is always sent out) please check your junk or spam folder. If you still have no record of an email from us, please contact us immediately, as its possible the email address you used to register was misspelt and we are unable to contact you.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours after payment is received.
However, during the holidays, post office holidays, company close downs, and weekend sales there may be a delay in shipping time. There may be additional delays if there is a sale, new products launched, or the volume of orders is higher than usual.
Cancelling / Modifying Orders
To cancel or modify an order after the order has been placed, please contact us immediately and quote your order number.
Although we will do our best to cancel or modify your order, our ability to do so depends on when the order was placed, therefore we cannot make any guarantees.
We have a large assortment of products that are stocked in separate warehouses therefore, when you order multiple items within the same order they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Click Buy Limited is not responsible for failure of delivery of an order by the shipping company after dispatch. However, we will work closely with you to rectify any delivery issues if they arise.

Return to SenderIf your package is refused or returned to Click Buy Limited, we will contact you via email. If you choose to receive a refund, we will only refund the product purchase price, as we are charged for the return. In order to have your package reshipped, you will be required to pay a reshipment fee.
