If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of the product purchase price.

We do not offer refunds for partial sets returned. If we receive a partial return the item will be discarded and a refund will not be issued.
Click Buy Limited reserves the sole right to determine whether items qualify for a return, credit, or refund. Only products purchased directly from our official stores are eligible for consideration.
Products that are not eligible for return will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit and will be discarded.
If your claim matches the criteria above then please email firstname.lastname@example.org with you order number confirming that you would like to process a refund. We will then provide you with a returns number to include on your return shipping label.

When returning the product, we encourage you to use a shipping method that will allow for you to insure and track your package. All returns are processed within 24-48 business hours of being received in the warehouse.
Shipping costs for the return will be the customers’ responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency and to the original method of payment. Credit Card and PayPal refunds may only be issued to the original card and/or account used. These refunds may take up to two billing cycles to post and may differ per bank and/or credit card company.
PayPal credits may take up to 30 days in accordance with PayPal crediting policies.
Missing or Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the box or envelope for any missing items or damage that may have occurred during shipment. Should a product be damaged or have something missing from the product, we ask that you contact Customer Service within 24 hours by submitting a ticket.
