Tracking Information

We will provide you with the shipping information and tracking numbers via email once your order has been shipped.

Don't Have Your Tracking Number

If you would like to check on the status of your shipment and you don't have your shipment tracking number, please send us an email at: support@clickbuygadgets.com.  Ensure you include your order number with your ticket so we can retrieve your tracking number and get back to you.

Your Responsibility

As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the courier or customs (international shipments only).  If the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery for any reason (e.g the receiver has not submitted the necessary information for notification to the courier), we are not able to process a refund or replacement and you may need to place the order again.

Missing Items

We have a large assortment of products that are stocked in separate warehouses therefore, when you order multiple items within the same order they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

If an item from your order has not been received within the shipping time frame, please contact us by email. Please be sure to include your order number so we can check the item and get back to you asap.

Lost Mail

Click Buy Limited is not responsible for failure of delivery of an order by the shipping company after dispatch. However, we will work closely with you to rectify any delivery issues if they arise.
